This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the restricted and prohibited activities when utilizing the Rombex network, dashboard consoles, and APIs. We enforce these compliance rules strictly to safeguard our users and maintain licensing with banking partners.

1. Prohibited Industries & Activities

You are prohibited from using Rombex services, wallets, and payouts to facilitate or support transactions linked to:

• Unlicensed gambling, casinos, or sports betting operations.
• Unregulated financial products, get-rich-quick schemes, or multi-level marketing (MLM).
• Sale of counter-feit merchandise, unauthorized streaming, or intellectual property infringement.
• Illicit substances, prescription drugs without licensing, or synthetic drugs.

2. Restricting Jurisdictions

Rombex does not support payouts, conversions, or wallet provisions for businesses or entities incorporated in OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions or countries flagged by FATF as high-risk. We run real-time address validation and sanction checks.

3. Fraud Prevention & Account Security

Accounts must utilize multi-factor authentication (2FA) and verify the identities of all account administrators. Any attempt to bypass security measures, obfuscate transaction details, or utilize compromised credentials will trigger immediate account freezing.

4. Reporting Violations

If you suspect any compliance breach or unauthorized wallet activity on our network, please report details immediately to our trust and security department.
