1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for a business account or using any aspect of the Rombex network, platform, and associated APIs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are signing up on behalf of a corporate entity, you verify that you have legal authorization to bind the corporation.
2. User Eligibility & Onboarding
Access to Rombex services is contingent on the successful verification of business ownership, incorporation documentation, and executive identities (KYB and KYC processes). We reserve the right to restrict service access or reject onboarding requests at our sole discretion.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to utilize Rombex multi-currency wallets or payouts for illegal transactions, including but not limited to fraudulent conversions, money laundering, or processing transactions associated with prohibited jurisdictions. Any breach will result in immediate account suspension and referral to financial regulators.
4. Fees, Conversions & FX
Transaction fees, flat rate percentages, and conversion FX spreads are governed by active settings shown in your Rombex Admin Console. FX conversion quotes are locked temporarily at quote execution and must be finalized within the specified time to prevent rate expiration.
5. Limitation of Liability
Rombex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transaction delays caused by intermediary banking rails, compliance reviews, or network outages.
